On Saturday, October 24th immediately following Saturday morning Bible studies, join us in Fellowship Hall for a fun opportunity to decorate the inside of shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child!

OCC’s theme is “Fun, Full, and Personalized,” and there are so many creative ways to make your shoebox special. You can decorate it around a theme or simply add your own fun and personal touches.

We’ll have some decorating supplies available, but you’re also welcome to bring personal supplies or meaningful items you’d like to include, such as:

o   Photos of yourself or your family

o   A favorite prayer or Scripture verse

o   Stickers, drawings, or other decorations

o   A personal note to the child receiving your shoebox

Even something as simple as a photo and a handwritten note can be a special blessing. We’ve heard that some shoebox recipients treasure these photos and notes well into adulthood!

You’re welcome to take your decorated shoebox home or leave it at church until our Packing Party.

Come ready to have some fun, get creative, and help make an Operation Christmas Child shoebox personal and meaningful! We hope to wrap up by 1:00 PM!  We hope to see you there!
